A father-daughter trip mid-Summer. Someone stayed home to teach themselves 3D modelling and look after our pooch, who has not been well.
No Tasmanian east coast trip is complete without a swim, and a visit to the Ice Creamery at Coles Bay ~ the hot chips are highly recommended by our family. We also love to grab a few treats from Dalila's Pâtisserie in Swansea, a locals tip from us to you.
