Each IN-TERIA product is hand-crafted from natural materials. There can be no control of irregularities in colour, grain, veining or texture of natural products that include timber, stone, ceramics and leather. The presence of such irregularities and imperfections is evidence of the handmade. This is deemed to be understood and valued by those purchasing our bespoke products.
Material samples and photographs are used for reference purposes only and may vary significantly from the final purchased item/s. IN-TERIA will not be liable for any such variances or inconsistencies.
Exchanges and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please choose carefully; we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds for dissatisfaction with the colour, grain, veining or texture of wood, stone, ceramic and leather because of natural variations over which IN-TERIA has no control will not be considered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase based on a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us by email within 24 hours of receipt.
Should we agree to an exchange, you must return the goods within seven business days. All returned items must be in a new, unused, unmarked, re-saleable condition and must be carefully packed for transport. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
