TIMBER.
Do you have a standard range of timber?
No. If it can be turned, accessed and meets our sustainability standards, then it is highly likely we can produce it for you.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss your particular timber requirements. Our website only shows a small selection of our most popular species.
Can we get sample chips of timber?
As timber varies significantly in colour, tone and grain, we do not provide sample chips.
Can you match a timber colour?
We can find a piece of timber that coordinates well. Matching, however, is highly unlikely. Engineered timber veneers are impossible to match.
HANDLE SELECTION.
How do I select the correct size handle?
We recommend that you create a template from a coloured card and consider your preferred handle size/s in situ. Alternatively, use drawings to get a feel for the various size options. In most instances, size choice will be based on personal aesthetics. Please check with us if you have concerns about the size and weight of your door/ drawers.

Our MADE-TO-ORDER range is perfect for customers looking for a bespoke or custom solution. Please get in touch with us if you have something specific in mind.

INSTALLATION.
Installation diagrams are available and will be provided with your purchase. We recommend that a professional tradesperson install your IN-TERIA product.
FIXINGS.
Do fixings come with the handles?
Yes.
A variety of fixings for different types of installation are available. Please get in touch with us if you are unsure of which selection to make.
PRICING.
All prices on our website are shown in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
DUTIES & TAXES.
Our products are designed and made in Australia. Some orders may be subject to local import duties and local taxes once they reach the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. All duties and taxes charged by the destination country's Customs Authority are the buyer's sole responsibility.
LEAD-TIMES.
With the occasional exception, all orders from our KIOSK will ship within three business days. Arrival times will vary by destination. Please get in touch with us for more details.
The lead time on our MADE-TO-ORDER range is generally 4 to 6 weeks.
SHIPPING.
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary by product size, quantity and final destination. Orders should generally arrive in approximately 3-10 business days, once in the post. We do not guarantee arrival times on shipments.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.
Australian Customers: If your order is delivered and has been damaged in transit. Please take a photo of the damage (including) packaging and email it to us for our records. It is an Australia Post requirement that you take the parcel to your local Post Office to lodge a request for compensation. Compensation may be paid, which is entirely at Australia Post's discretion.
